The interaction between body and mind while spending time outdoors is undisputed. This is true in competitive sports as well as in passionately pursued recreational activities. The more we move, the more our physical fitness and our mental strength improves and develops. If we are aware of how this affects our personal growth and we put our focus on this, we are able to boost our performance even more. But it doesn’t stop there, we strengthen our willingness, our perception, broaden our horizon and pave the way to inner stability.
In recent years, more focus has been put on mental aspects. This development is extremely enriching, individually and socially, being the reason why we choose to consistently address the connection between body and mind in the work we do. We apply this to all of our offers, most of all on our carefully selected outdoor activities such as “walkabout” or “personal training”, where we intensify the interaction between body and mind.
Rigorous implementation is evident in our diligence: we do not believe that we need any extra entertainment on our adventures and we are convinced that neither a mulled wine or a celebratory drink on the summit provide added value nor do they necessarily fit in on outdoor adventures. We choose to do without motivational features of this kind. The sun, moon and stars provide us with more than enough drive for a memorable and sustainable experience…
